My dad, otherwise known as Poppy, surprised the girls for their swim meet tonight. My mom, Grammy, had to work so she wasn't able to come this trip. Hopefully they can come back for the divisionals meet in a couple of weeks.
The girls are all smiles when their grandparents show up at the front door. Most of the time I never tell them anyone is coming. I like them to be surprised when the doorbell rings and it is someone besides the UPS guy. Maryn loves Poppy to death and didn't want him to leave her side the entire time he was here.

How fun to have your dad so close. My kids would too be so excited. I think the best part was the trip to Krispy Kreme and McDonalds!! (well at least for them)
